Our Strategy:
Client
Our focus is truly understanding our clients, providing a positive experience and recognising where we can add value to their organisation. We will measure client satisfaction on a project by project basis and issue bi-annual surveys to measure the performance of our partnership. Our client satisfaction score target is a minimum of 90%
People
We want our people to feel supported, encouraged and inspired to achieve our vision. We will measure this through Employee Engagement surveys with a continuous targeted engagement score of a minimum of 95%
Process
By standardising, streamlining and continually improving our processes we will ensure our clients receive a consistent experience from every one of our people. Implementing ISO9001:2015 throughout the business we will provide visibility, robustness and clarity. It is our intention to be ISO9001:2015 accredited by December 2022
Finance
We want to provide services that both meet the needs of the client and offer excellent value for money, whilst generating revenue that enables reinvestment to improve. We will do this by increasing our market share of combined Bid Writing / Consultancy by 45% by July 2022
